Role Description The Director of Facilities is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, WA, responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all casino and hotel facilities. This role leads the facilities team, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs and upgrades, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. The Director of Facilities also develops and manages facilities budgets, forecasts capital needs, and collaborates with leadership and other departments to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. This position requires hands-on involvement in problem-solving, prioritizing work orders, and mentoring team members to maintain high performance and service levels.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong facilities operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, with experience overseeing complex building systems and physical assets.
- Candidates should possess proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance management in a facilities or maintenance environment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Budgeting, with the ability to plan, monitor, and optimize operating and capital expenditures for facilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices, including creating and managing maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with hospitality or gaming environments, understanding of safety and regulatory compliance, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency with CMMS or facilities management software.
- A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
