The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build your own book of business, deliver customized insurance solutions, and become a trusted advisor to your clients. What You’ll Do

· Identify and initiate relationships with prospective commercial property & casualty clients.

· Cultivate, quote, close and retain prospects.

· Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

· Keep track of prospect and client workflow by utilizing Lucky Dog’s CRM.

· Serve as a trusted resource for both business and personal insurance needs.

What We’re Looking For

· No prior insurance experience? That’s okay — we’ll help you get licensed!

· Minimum of 2-5 years of proven outside sales success

· Outgoing, professional, and persistent with a strong closing ability

· Comfortable generating your own leads (with support for quoting and proposal development)

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized — with a “grinder” mentality

· Driven by long-term career growth and new challenges

· Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to get past gatekeepers

· A commitment to always doing the right thing for clients
