Job Summary:
We are seeking a Host/Busser to join our team in providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and resolve any customer concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food handling and basic kitchen operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting within the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
