Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage Square POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is fully stocked for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service, catering, banquets, or nightclub events to deliver seamless service.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently balancing multiple orders during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
Experience
- Prior experience working as a bartender in dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for smooth transaction processing.
- Proven ability to serve responsibly while adhering to food safety standards and alcohol regulations.
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, catering services, or retail math is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent basic math abilities for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of the food industry, brewing processes, and hospitality best practices will set you apart.
- Previous roles involving serving at restaurants or retail environments demonstrate your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings requiring effective time management.
