We are seeking skilled grill cooks who take pride in precision, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering food that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-volume burgers, steaks, and signature menu items with consistency and precision
- Manage grill temperatures, timing, and doneness standards
- Maintain quality and speed during peak service periods
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Contribute to a focused, team-oriented kitchen environment
Qualifications
- 1 years of grill or high-volume line cook experience preferred
- Strong understanding of meat temperatures, grill techniques, and timing
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, late-night kitchen
- Strong time management and composure under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Background check required.
Experience in late-night, bar, or high-volume restaurant environments is a plus.
