Job Description
Lucky Beard Cleaning is looking for an experienced and dependable cleaning team of at least two people to support our continued growth in Panama City Beach.
We have completed more than 5,000 vacation rental cleanings and are looking for a strong team that wants to build a long-term working relationship with an established company.
Our current Panama City Beach teams are operating at capacity, so we are adding another team to take on new properties and additional cleaning opportunities as they become available.
Please understand that this position may not provide a full schedule immediately. Cleaning volume will grow as new properties are added, and assignments will be based on availability, reliability, location, performance, and business needs.
This is not a traditional hourly cleaning position. We need a team that works well together, moves efficiently, communicates clearly, and understands the high standards required for same-day vacation rental turnovers.
Responsibilities
- Complete vacation rental turnover cleanings
- Make beds and stage properties for arriving guests
- Manage property linens and off-site laundry
- Provide and restock required guest amenities
- Follow property-specific checklists and instructions
- Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, and excessively dirty properties
- Complete a detailed final walkthrough before leaving
- Meet all same-day turnover deadlines
- Upload required photos and complete assigned tasks through Breezeway
Breezeway Requirement
Lucky Beard Cleaning uses Breezeway for scheduling, property instructions, checklists, communication, and completion photos.
Every member of the cleaning team will be required to use Breezeway and properly start, complete, and document assigned tasks through the app.
Requirements
- Established cleaning team of at least two people
- Vacation rental, hotel, resort, or professional cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple properties on high-volume turnover days

Compensation and Work Structure
- Independent contractor position
