What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Bartender/Server position at Lucky Baldwins Pub?
We are looking for very strong Beer knowledgeable experienced closing bartender.
Strong experience, great personality are a must have.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- In beer knowledge is preferred
- Plan and present bar menu and food menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the server section organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
