Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, demonstrating a history of successful installations, repairs, and maintenance services. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and train installation technicians, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for necessary equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems issues.
• Provide exceptional service and quality workmanship to all customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing successful HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
