Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician and Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced HVAC systems issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance and service checks for clients.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.
- Drive sales through excellent service, expert knowledge, and client engagement.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with industry standards and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and sales.
