We are seeking reliable and professional Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers to join our growing trucking business. This position involves over-the-road (OTR) deliveries of general freight across various regions. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting goods, maintaining delivery schedules, and providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for long-distance (OTR) freight deliveries
- Transport general freight in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled with care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a box truck or similar vehicle
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive long distances and stay on the road for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must adhere to company policies, including:
- No smoking in the truck
- No alcohol consumption while on duty or in the vehicle
