Summary/Objective
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant under the direct supervision of the unit General Manager. Operations Managers will play a key role in building the team, scheduling, coaching, and managing staff. Operations Managers should operate with a "5 Pillars of Success" focus: Phone, Door, Music, Service, and Kitchen Management.

- ·Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests, and company assets.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured.
- Manage shifts which include: daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food and beverage quality and service.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees and operations in the unit:
- Hiring, training, and disciplining employees
- Setting the tone for the shift by conducting Shift Meetings
- Assigning tasks/duties
- Monitoring financial controls such as labor and food cost
- Daily ordering and/or reporting
- Providing a safe, sanitary, and secure work environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work within a minimum work requirement of 50 hours per week.
This is an establishment that runs 24 hours a day so some overnight shifts will be required.
Required Education and Experience
1. Four years of progressive experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
2. Solid working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree with amajor concentration in Hospitality.
2. Prior experience as a General Manager.
3. Prior experience training, purchasing, and managing budgets.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
1. Must be 25 or older.
2. Must maintain applicable state Health/Food Handlers certification.
3. Must maintain applicable state Alcoholic Beverage certification
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must provide documents to complete/pass I9 E-Verification
- Tribal Gaming Badge required for AL units
