Lucille, located at 101 King St. in Madison, WI, is seeking a Line Cook to join the team.

- Ability to stand for 10 hours at a time, lift 50 lbs and move product up and down stairs.
- Awareness and communication are key. Be vocal and communicative, communicating to managers and the kitchen team.
- Be impeccably clean, neat and tidy in their personal appearance and also in their working habits. Must adhere to the uniform policy outlined upon hire
- Also maintain the highest standards of hygiene in their workplace. Sanitation is a vital aspect of working in the kitchen, equal to the ability to prep and cook.
- Flexible schedule based on skill set and availability. Weekend availability is a must. Capability of working doubles on the weekend is an advantage. Applicants must have scheduling flexibility and willing to work on-call shifts in the case of inclement weather

Pay Rate:
Line Cook: $16-25/hr depending on experience
ALL hourly workers will be guaranteed a total compensation of AT LEAST $16/hour, which will be determined on weekly payroll. Lucille will pay the difference in compensation to ensure that all meet this minimum standard.
