Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory integrity.
- Maintain product identification and location program.
- Research inventory discrepancies and conduct Root Cause Analysis on inventory discrepancies.
- Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
- Track and report non-conforming product.
- Communicate and Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Document damaged product.
- Ensure VMI count is accurate
- Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines, and behavior expectations.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Present weekly reports on cycle count status
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years warehouse experience doing inventory counts/cycle counts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with accurate counting skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at multi-tasking
- Skillful with computers and computer software (Syteline, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity to use computer equipment
- Climb ladders and stairs to check inventory
- Able to certify to and operate a forklift
