Lucideon M P is seeking a talented Chemist to join our fast-growing team in the U.S., where you’ll work on cutting-edge chemical analyses that support clients across aerospace, defense, healthcare, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

Who You Are

You’re a detail-driven chemist who combines technical expertise with curiosity and problem-solving. You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience with ISO 17025 or similar quality systems; background in regulated sectors such as healthcare is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of analytical instrument qualification and method validation.
• Hands-on experience with ICP, GC, HPLC, or other separation and mass spectrometry techniques.
• The ability to interpret test standards and client requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present professional technical reports.
  
  

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Set up and perform complex chemical analyses, developing and validating new analytical methods.
• Prepare samples, calibrate instruments, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and document data with full traceability.
• Deliver findings through clear, professional reports.
• Consult with clients to design investigations and define technical workscope.
• Contribute to audits, inter-lab evaluations, and quality compliance.
• Collaborate across teams and support commercial activities when needed.
