We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise (Oracle) applications. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to coordinate complex projects in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare and enterprise application initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and operations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively manage mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or manage waterfall timelines as needed
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms)
- Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase implementations
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
