Lucid is partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor with a strong backlog of infrastructure and site development projects across the Gulf Coast.
We are looking to add a Senior Primavera P6 Scheduler to support both active project execution and preconstruction efforts. This role will play a key part in building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules tied to real-world construction operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands how projects are actually built in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects
- Build bid-phase schedules aligned with production rates and sequencing
- Coordinate with operations teams to align schedules with means & methods
- Analyze critical path, float, and schedule risk
- Lead schedule reviews with project teams and leadership
- Support project controls, reporting, and forecasting efforts
- Assist with delay analysis and change order support
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in construction scheduling
- Strong expertise with Primavera P6 (required)
- Background in heavy civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction
- Solid understanding of: Earthwork / grading and Utilities / site development
- Civil construction sequencing
- Ability to translate field production into accurate, defensible schedules
