• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures aligned with industry best practices for commercial cleaning and hospitality environments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups that require meticulous attention to detail.
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial work, including proper handling of chemicals and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hotel or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred; familiarity with industry standards is a plus.
