Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day client partnerships, lead internal teams, and contribute to strategic planning and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and strategic objectives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads day-to-day client communications, managing expectations and proactively addressing challenges
  • Partners with senior leadership to shape overall strategic marketing direction and ensure alignment with client business objectives
  • Writes and contributes to creative briefs and strategic plans, clearly articulating goals and communicating them to internal teams
  • Provides high-level project oversight, ensuring work meets client needs, brand strategy, and quality standards
  • Supervises and mentors junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and developmental support
  • Monitors budgets, scopes, and timelines, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and mutual respect
  • Identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts and supports efforts to expand business
  • Encourages critical and creative thinking across the team to anticipate client needs and drive innovative solutions
  • Works independently while leveraging senior team input to ensure projects stay strategically on course

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, or communications
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset

Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing preferred but not required
