Our work includes the design, installation, and servicing of performance audio, video, network, and theatrical lighting systems. This includes venues, churches, theaters, control rooms, and conference spaces. We only work in commercial settings.
Job Summary
The vision for the Project Owner/Project Manager role is to take full responsibility for the success of a project from initial proposal to client satisfaction. This is a leadership position that blends technical understanding, organizational management, problem solving, and client care.
The Project Owner works with Sales to define the scope of work based on the clients needs and budget. Once signed, the project owner becomes the main point of contact and facilitates the execution of the project through commissioning and client sign off.
You’ll coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams; manage communication with clients; and ensure that every phase of the project reflects Lucid’s professionalism, excellence, and attention to detail.
Primary Tasks
- Own assigned projects from signed contract through client satisfaction
- Lead internal project kickoff, establish schedule, and define deliverables
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations on procurement, logistics, and staffing
- Review drawings, documentation, and install plans for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure field teams have the information and resources needed to succeed
- Track project progress, budget, and hours to maintain profitability
- Manage installations on site or remotely.
- Perform commissioning and be on site at the end of every owned project.
- Verify system functionality, completeness, and aesthetics prior to client sign-off
- Manage punch lists and warranty items quickly and thoroughly
Compensation
• Salary: $65k-$85k dependent on experience
• Bonuses: Based on project profitability and client satisfaction

Work Schedule
• Office Hours: Monday–Thursday 9AM–5PM, Friday 9AM–1PM
• On-Site Days: Typically 8AM–6PM
• Travel as needed
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
