Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in working to safety, health and hygiene standards
- Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environments

- A true interest for food, hospitality and people
- A strong beverage knowledge in cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Experience in supervising a busy service
- Amazing communication skills
- Assist with training programs for staff to ensure we are exceeding our customer expectations.
- Support the restaurant manager in the operational requirements of the venue, including maintenance, cash management, venue appearance and marketing
- Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
