POSITION(S): Secretary II (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred)

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- District Office Receptionist;
- Be first responder to public inquiries; greet walk-ins, answer questions, and route to the appropriate district personnel;
- Answer district switchboard and route calls accordingly;
- Assist the Superintendent’s and Business Office with clerical duties;
- Scan documents for various district departments for permanent storage.
WORK DAYS: 12 months (260 days) -
Monday through Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
SALARY: Range 19, salary placement from $3,671 through $4,689 monthly 5% bilingual stipend - Salary prorated based on start date and prior experience.
