Lucia Landscaping is growing and hiring Landscape Crew Members, Team Leads, and Experienced Landscape Professionals for multiple divisions, including:
- Residential Lawn Maintenance
- Commercial Lawn Maintenance
- Landscape Enhancements
- Design/Build Installation

What You’ll Do
As part of our field team, you will work daily with a crew on residential and commercial properties delivering high-quality landscape services, which may include:
- Perform lawn and landscape maintenance services as part of a team
- Assist or lead crews in delivering efficient, quality service
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment including:
- Walk-Behind, Stand-On, & Zero Turn Mowers
- String trimmers / weed whips
- Stick edgers
- Backpack blowers
- Support landscape enhancement and design/build projects as assigned
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Help ensure our clients consistently receive premier service
Team Lead Opportunities
For experienced candidates, Team Lead opportunities include:
- Leading and developing crew members
- Managing daily route productivity and service quality
- Training team members on equipment, safety, and best practices
- Communicating with clients and supervisors as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience in lawn/landscape services preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Team players interested in growth and advancement
- Valid driver’s license preferred (Chauffeurs License required for lead roles)
