Lucia is an independently owned women's clothing, jewelry and accessories boutique located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. We are now looking to add to our team!
We are looking to fulfill a role within the company that would entail working at least 2-3 days per week as a sales associate/customer stylist to familiarize yourself with the store, the products and the customers. The remainder of the hours can be spent remotely with flexible hours to grow our social media and marketing goals.
Social Media and Marketing Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and creative individual to assist in our digital marketing and social media efforts. This person will be responsible for growing our online presence, increasing engagement, and driving traffic and sales through strategic content creation and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including photos, videos, Reels, and Stories.
- Manage influencer collaborations and giveaways.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Write compelling email newsletters and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Update website banners, promotions, and content to reflect marketing initiatives.
- Assist with product launches, photoshoots, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay on top of fashion trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Passion for fashion, style, and boutique culture.

Sales Associate Requirements
- We are looking for a sales associate/customer stylist to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out
- Must have a love for and knowledge of current fashion and trends
- Must have flexible and year-round availability, including weekends and evenings
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Greet and style customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Ringing up sales
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Ensure racks are neat and fully stocked
- Opening and closing the boutique
- Unpacking new shipments, steaming and ticketing new merchandise
- Ensure our website is up to date with current inventory
