Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently.
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu offerings.
- Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours and special events like catering or private parties.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
