Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and possess a deep understanding of patient care principles.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily activities while upholding their rights and dignity
- Provide physical support including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Proficient in patient care techniques and protocols

The night shift requires staff to be awake at all times. You must like diverse residents, be compassionate, now how to communicate, come wanting to be a team player with the same goal of improving the quality of life for our residents. We are willing to train new staff and provide the CRMA (medication course) You must be able to pass a criminal background check .
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
