Job Summary
The Special Day Class Teacher will need a Mild/Moderate Special Education Credential. Interns or applicants seeking a Provisional waiver are also welcome to apply. This teacher will be responsible for ensure that all students receive the services outlined in their IEP.
Requirements / Qualifications
CA Mild to Moderate Special Education Credential with highly qualified status authorizations (NCLB/HQT; EL Auth - ELA1, CLAD/BCLAD, SB 2042, or R242 or equivalent) Candidates in the process of completing their credential program are encouraged to apply and indicate within their supporting documents when they anticipate program completion. This includes candidates enrolled in their university's internship program.
