We can teach you the science of paint correction. We cannot teach you how to care.

Your Canvas: What You Will Actually Be Doing

No two days are the same here. We split our time between our controlled shop environment and hitting the road for high-end mobile detailing across NE Ohio. You won't just be working on daily commuters. You will be cross-trained to restore:

• Luxury & Daily Automobiles
• Massive Semi-Trucks
• Boats & Marine Gelcoats
• RVs
• Heavy-Duty Farm Equipment & Tractors

The Skills You Will Master:

• The Art of the Clean: Safe, scratch-free wash methods for every type of vehicle.
• Interior Surgery: Deep stain extraction, odor removal, and restoring neglected cabins to factory-fresh conditions.
• Paint & Gelcoat Correction: The high-level skill of machine polishing, compounding, and leveling clear coats to a flawless mirror finish.
• Ceramic Coatings: The meticulous prep and application of professional-grade, multi-year ceramic protection.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables)

• An Artist with Grit: You see details others walk right past. You find deep, personal satisfaction in the dramatic "before and after." But you aren't afraid of hard work—climbing a boat hull or scrubbing a tractor cab requires physical stamina and hustle.
• Fiercely Punctual: To us, "on time" is late. We run a tight schedule, and our high-end clients expect elite professionalism.
• Endlessly Coachable: You take feedback like a champion. You realize that no matter how good you get, there is always another level to reach.
• Humble: You aren't above scrubbing floor mats, untangling extension cords, or taking out the trash. The team wins together.
