Experienced Window Cleaning Technician / Subcontractor
Lucent Exteriors LLC is seeking reliable, professional window cleaning technicians to help service residential and commercial properties throughout Wisconsin.
This position is ideal for experienced window cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well with customers, and can operate independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning services
- Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces
- Use water-fed pole systems, DI tanks, ladders, and traditional window cleaning equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer experience
- Safely work at heights when required
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with management regarding scheduling, job completion, and customer concerns
- Represent Lucent Exteriors professionally on every job
Qualifications
- Previous window cleaning experience preferred
- Experience using water-fed pole systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Own truck, van, or work vehicle
- Own water-fed pole system
- Own DI tank or purification system
- Existing window cleaning equipment
- Experience servicing commercial properties
Compensation
- $28–$40 per hour depending on experience and performance
