Operational Excellence Focus:
The Housekeeping personnel will be a working member of the maintenance department. The housekeeping personnel will ensure our production and distribution facilities are clean and presentable to our employees and guests. They will have a keen attention to detail, a self-starter, and can complete assigned work without requiring supervision.
Main duties will include:
- Ensure all offices and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Disinfect commonly used items like door handles, office tools/equipment, and faucet handles.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms.
- Clean breakrooms.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and carpet areas.
- Remove debris from outside break areas.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
- Dust furniture and fixtures in conference rooms and office areas
Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in housekeeping is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Good physical condition and strength
- Able to safely lift boxes up to 30 pounds.
