Customer Experience & Business Performance Focus:
ACS (Automated Computerized Stitching) Department Quality Inspector
Inspect ACS design, straight (3 mm tolerance), correct color threads, loose threads, high low, or any other defects.
Good communication skills with Manager regarding issues with Quality
Leadership Focus/Steward of the Brand:
Knowledge on construction and anatomy of a western boot
Operational Excellence Focus:
Will provide training to ensure continuation of Quality
Skills & Abilities Required:
