Bottle & Bean is looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Baker to join our growing restaurant group. This position will primarily bake for Bottle & Bean, while also creating specialty desserts and baked goods for our sister restaurants, Lucca Coastal Kitchen and Bonsai Sushi Sake Social.

What You'll Create
- Fresh muffins, scones, cookies, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast pastries
- Artisan breads, focaccia, and specialty baked goods
- Cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, seasonal desserts, and specialty sweets
- Signature desserts for Lucca Coastal Kitchen
- Unique desserts and specialty items for Bonsai Sushi Sake Social
- Holiday and seasonal menu features
- Custom desserts for catering and private events
Responsibilities
- Prepare all baked goods and desserts from scratch using high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Work with ownership and our Executive Chef to develop new seasonal menu items.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, product rotation, and minimize waste.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking or pastry experience.
- Experience in cafés, bakeries, hotels, upscale restaurants, or fine dining preferred.
- Strong understanding of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and scratch baking.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for creating beautiful, high-quality baked goods.
