This growth has provided a need for an Account Manager to help deliver personal and experienced service to our vast array of clients.
The Role
An Account Manager at Lucas Horsfall is responsible for responding to the needs of clients and their representatives regarding personal and business financial and accounting matters. Includes full-charge bookkeeping functions, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and funds transfers for individuals and corporations. An Account Manager works closely with the Senior Manager and Partners. Our company is team-oriented and prides itself on providing quality work and excellent customer relations in a friendly, superior working environment. This role will be achieved in a hybrid model out of our Encino office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiently process A/P, cash receipts and recording of journal entries and cash disbursements.
- Reconcile bank and broker statements.
- Data entry and coding of all financial transactions.
- Preparation and delivery of monthly financial statements.
- Generate reports and packages for tax preparation.
- Process payroll and reconcile annual and quarterly payroll reports.
- Track and record client's staff sick and vacation time.
- Process and prepare the annual 1099's and 1042's.
- Efficiently assist clients and client representatives as needed with issues related to personal or business transactions, billing, petty cash, payroll and miscellaneous issues as they arise.
- Oversee the work product of staff members.
- Conduct Performance Reviews of staff members.
- Guild reporting.
- Liaison with medical insurance department to verify they have all necessary information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5 years of business management experience.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivator with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
- A strong desire toward career advancement and goal toward future firm ownership.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education, and/or skill level.
