I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one I’ve focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. I’m a proud graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and I’m also a proud father of two daughters. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I actively support organizations including the Payne County Youth Shelter, Stillwater Medical Foundation, Aging Advocates, The Lions Club, Cornerstone Transitional Living, and both the Stillwater and Perkins Chambers of Commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
