Description:
Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, triage and transfer phone calls; greeting the public and helping customers with directions internally. Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Days and Shifts:
Monday – Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
On-Call Rotation – One or 2 holidays per year (during the week) rotating schedule

Requirements
Educational/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification required within 6 months of start date
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- Experience in healthcare setting helpful
