We are looking for a Remodeling Apprentice to join our construction crew, who has a dedicated work ethic and can learn quickly. You will be able to work on various types of projects, like new build construction, residential remodels, as well as exterior work.
Qualifications:
- An understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of construction.
- Able to read documents/drawings.
- Proficient in working with electrical and manual equipment such as power tools, hammers, tape measure, etc.
- Willingness to follow our safety standards.
- A high school diploma.
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with clients and co-workers.
- Must be able to physically lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs as a part of general carpentry labor.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape wood and other materials.
- Construct, install, repair fixtures and structures of the project (windows, doors, cabinetry, etc.)
- Read drawings to properly comprehend requirements of the project.
- Repair and/or build frameworks (walls, door frames, floors, etc.)
- Collaborate well with the team to provide excellent and efficient services to the client.
