The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the general payroll and administrative functions for the Culinary Services. In this role, they will work closely with Payroll and HR to meet team and department goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the completion, organization and proper storage of all employee files, safety files, financial information, and payroll information
- Manages the locations time punches by reviewing the previous day’s records to verify correct entry and exit times.
- Assists with completion of new hire employee file folders, general employment policies and Forms I-9.
- Gather proper documentation for new hire, pay increases, job title changes, and terminations and ensures the information is communicated to the appropriate group.
- Provides general reports to the Director for approval and makes appropriate changes.
- Responsible for proper inventory and ordering of all office supplies and forms, first aid supplies.
- Oversees the completion, organization, and proper storage of all applicant paperwork.
- Completes ongoing employee file audits and will assists in special projects.

Requirements:
- Positive, professional, and willing attitude
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Pappas Restaurant Office Administrator
- Ability to work well under pressure and with other people in a team environment
- Exhibit a willingness to take direction from management staff in the performance of reasonable job tasks
- Portray a positive, guest-driven attitude towards all guests and team members
- Must possess strong oral/written communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Travel occasionally for company meetings and visits to other locations
