What We Offer
- Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the phone system
- Assist walk-in customers with their needs
- Gather customer requirements to understand project scope and expectations
- Provide solutions and perform suggestive selling based on shoring needs
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pick-ups, and returns with CDL drivers and vendors
- Create and distribute weekly reports to the sales team and field staff
- Identify new opportunities by monitoring construction job boards
- Generate leads for the sales team
- Complete customer pre-qualification processes
- Prepare and process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
- Educate customers on proper equipment use
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
