POSITION TITLE:
Teller Supervisor
HOURS:
9:00am -6:00pm, Monday - Friday
8:30am - 12:00pm, Some Saturdays
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Greet lobby/branch customers and direct as necessary.
- Accept Deposits
- Cash Checks
- Process night deposits
- Balance cash
- Responsible for teller procedures
- Multiple other responsibilities to ensure overall effectiveness and productivity of branch.
- Must be flexible to cover at 82nd Street Branch as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A high school education is required.
- Some previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with large amounts of money and ability to run a ten-key calculator by touch.
- Must be able to work with and communicate well with customers and employees.
- Neat and professional appearance.
Qualified applicants must successfully pass a credit and background check to be eligible for employment.
