Primary Purpose
Oversee district technology infrastructure, including network, server, storage, wireless, cloud, and identity systems, and provide supervision and direction to staff responsible for maintaining and supporting these systems. Lead the Systems, Network, and Client Support teams to ensure stable, secure, and seamless district technology operations.

Qualifications
Education/Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
- Professional certifications in networking, systems, cloud, or cybersecurity are preferred.
- Five years of experience supporting or managing enterprise network, server, or infrastructure systems.
- Experience in a K-12 environment is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of networking, systems, storage, identity services, wireless systems, and cloud platforms, with advanced expertise in one or more of these areas.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects and coordinate staff to complete them.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay current with best practices in infrastructure management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, instructional, and administrative staff.
- Support and align work with the mission, vision, and values of the district.
- Follow and support board policies in areas of related responsibility.

- Oversee district infrastructure operations including network, server, storage, virtualization, wireless, firewall, WAN, VPN, and cloud-integrated environment
- Ensure proper management of core infrastructure services such as routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, identity management, authentication, and user access.
- Monitor and evaluate infrastructure performance, capacity, reliability, and security; coordinate corrective actions and improvements as needed.
- Provide second- and third-level escalation support for complex network, system, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, infrastructure standards, and workflows for change management and incident response.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, lifecycle initiatives, and technology components for construction and remodeling projects.
- Ensure all infrastructure work aligns with district security policies, technical standards, and regulatory requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
