Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time or Contract

Position Overview
As a BCBA at Caprock, you’ll lead clinical services, staff training, and family support. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise shapes lives every day.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training (using BST)
- Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
- Conduct parent training sessions
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Attend weekly clinical meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with Autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year
- Up to $20,000/year in bonuses & incentives
