The Opportunity


We're looking for entrepreneurs to build and own exclusive Lua implementation agencies in markets around the world. This isn't a job, it's a funded business opportunity. You'll own 100% of your agency, keep the profits, and have exclusive rights to your territory.


We provide the startup capital, the product, and the training. You provide the ambition, the local expertise, and the execution. If you've ever wanted to run your own business but lacked the capital or the product to sell, this is it.


What You'll Do


Build your business. 

You'll start from zero and build a Lua implementation practice in Seattle. That means finding clients, closing deals, hiring a team, and delivering implementations that make clients successful.


Own the market. 

You'll have exclusive rights to Seattle. No other Lua agency will compete with you. Every Lua deal in your market is yours to win.


Deliver results. 

You'll implement Lua for enterprise clients, configuring the platform, migrating data, training users, and providing ongoing support. Your success is measured by client outcomes, not hours billed.


Keep the profits. 

You own 100% of your agency. After repaying the initial capital (interest free), everything you earn is yours.

What We're Looking For


Candidates should have at least some of the skills, qualities, and background outlined below:


Analytical foundation. 

You have a STEM background or similar analytical training. You're comfortable with data, systems thinking, and technical concepts. Lua is a sophisticated platform, you need to understand it deeply to sell and deliver it effectively.


Enterprise experience. 

You've sold to or delivered for large organisations. You understand how enterprises buy, how decisions get made, and how to navigate complex stakeholder environments.


Consulting or implementation background.

You've done the work, configured platforms, run workshops, managed client relationships, delivered projects. Ideally in work management, PPM, ERP, or similar enterprise software.


Local market knowledge. 

You know your market, the industries, the companies, the way business gets done. You have relationships you can activate or know how to build them quickly.


Builder mentality. 

You want to create something, not just execute someone else's playbook. You're comfortable with ambiguity, energised by ownership, and motivated by building a business that's yours.


Skin in the game. 

You're willing to commit fully, this is not a side project. You'll repay the startup funding from your implementation revenue, which means you need to believe in your ability to deliver.


The Deal


We fund your first 6 months. You focus 100% on Lua, no other products, no consulting on the side. Starting month 7, you repay the funding at 20% of implementation revenue until it's paid back. After that, everything you earn is yours.


If you hit your targets, you'll have a profitable business within your first year and exclusive ownership of a growing market. If you don't, we part ways, you keep what you've built, we find another partner.
