LTW Ergonomic Solutions is looking for a Powder Coating Worker to work in our Lawrence and Dowagiac manufacturing facilities. We are a fast growing ergonomic solutions company that designs and manufactures ergonomic equipment for various industries around the world.
The right fit for this job is someone with a great personality who has the ability to achieve goals, deadlines, and complete tasks as assigned. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has great attention to detail while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Job Requirements Include:
- 1 years min. work experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment, preferably in the powder coating area.
- Job entails: manual cleaning, hanging, and powder coating parts, batch oven loading, manual un-racking parts.
- Be able to perform adequate preparation of products prior to painting including proper cleaning and surface preparation.
- Be willing to undergo Medical/Fit testing as needed prior to using PPE required for this position.
- Patience and ability to work under pressure and deadlines with a positive attitude. A positive attitude is non-negotiable with all LTW positions.
- Must be able to work independently

- Willing to work OT as needed
- Hourly rate based on experience
- First shift hours of 6:30am – 3:00pm or as determined by manufacturing manager
- High School Diploma
- Undergo background screening and drug test prior to employment
- US Work Authorized
