Role Responsibilities
- Own and execute LTV.ai's content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Ideate, produce, and publish high-velocity content that educates, entertains, and converts our target audience of e-commerce operators
- Plan and execute breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound demand
- Leverage AI tools to 10x your output - writing, editing, repurposing, and optimizing content at scale
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging with business priorities and customer insights
- Build systems and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality content production without bottlenecks
- Analyze performance across channels and rapidly iterate based on what's working
- Stay ahead of trends in AI, e-commerce, and retention marketing to keep our content fresh and differentiated
- Experience is optional and not necessarily required
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (or the ability to pick it up quickly) - you know what DTC operators care about and how they consume content
- AI-first operator - you instinctively use AI to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, create visuals, and accelerate production without sacrificing quality
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Data-driven mindset - you measure what matters and optimize relentlessly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you own outcomes
- Bonus: experience creating content for founder-led brands or technical products
