About LTT Partners

LTT Partners is a PNW based low voltage technology contractor. We design, sell, and install technology systems for commercial real estate, schools, municipalities, and growing businesses across multiple states.

Our work includes security cameras, access control, connectivity, networking, guest management, intercoms, and cloud-managed technology platforms. Our primary vendor partners include Verkada and Meter, two fast-growing companies in business security and networking.

We are a growing company with a small, focused team. The right person for this role will be motivated, organized, coachable, and excited to build a career in B2B technology sales.


The Role

LTT Partners is looking for a Sales Development Representative, SDR, to help generate new business opportunities and support our sales pipeline.

This is an in-office role based in Bend, Oregon. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and setting meetings for the senior sales team.

You will learn how to identify strong-fit accounts, communicate with decision-makers, qualify real business opportunities, and create clean handoffs for Account Executives. This role is a strong fit for someone who has prior sales experience and wants to grow into a larger B2B sales role over time.

Year-one success looks like consistent qualified meetings booked, clean CRM activity, strong follow-through, improved understanding of our market and buyers, and earned trust from the sales team.


What You'll Do

Prospect into target accounts across commercial real estate, schools, municipalities, and businesses across the Pacific Northwest.

Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations with decision-makers.

Qualify inbound leads and determine whether there is a real business opportunity.

Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Create clear handoff notes so Account Executives understand the account, contact, need, timing, and next step.

Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline records in HubSpot.

Learn LTT’s products, services, vendor partners, buyer personas, and target markets.

Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategy, messaging, target lists, and follow-up.

Hit weekly and monthly activity goals, pipeline goals, and booked-meeting targets.

Write professional emails and outreach messages that reflect well on LTT Partners.


Requirements

Must currently live in or near Bend, Oregon.

Must be able to work full-time in-office.

4 years of prior sales experience.

Strong interest in technology, business operations, and how companies use physical security, networking, and connectivity systems.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.

Strong computer skills, including comfort with Mac computers, business software, email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Professional writing ability for email outreach, follow-up, CRM notes, and internal communication.

Organized and self-directed enough to manage outreach cadences, follow-ups, and daily activity expectations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


Nice to Have

Business technology sales experience.

Prior B2B sales, customer-facing, or business development experience.

Experience selling or supporting security, networking, AV, telecommunications, SaaS, construction, or commercial technology solutions.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM.

Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.

Knowledge of Verkada, Meter, Meraki, Ubiquiti, or similar platforms.

Experience selling to commercial real estate, schools, municipalities, property managers, IT leaders, facilities teams, or operations leaders.
