We are hiring a quota-driven Account Executive responsible for sourcing net-new business, managing deal cycles, and driving profitable growth. This role requires strong outbound discipline, consultative selling ability, and comfort operating in a high-performance environment with clear revenue expectations. Candidates should have a track record of exceeding quota and the ability to navigate mid-market and enterprise stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, your role is to drive new business opportunities and position LTT Partners as the go-to partner for modern business technology. You’ll work with leading vendors such as Verkada, Meter, Samsara, Major Wireless Carriers and more, tailoring solutions that improve business operations and security.
- Proactively engage in outbound and inbound prospecting (up to 100 calls per day) to generate leads and build client relationships.
- Consultatively sell physical security solutions, SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure, and mobility technologies.
- Utilize our own in-house licensed low voltage installation teams and Professional Service techs to provision the products that we sell.
- Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track pipelines and maintain a healthy 30/60/90-day funnel.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and solution selling.
- Stay ahead of industry and technology trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- 4–9 years of proven B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, IT solutions, or related fields
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and business development
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Based in Bend, OR, or surrounding area
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Experience with SaaS, IT infrastructure, or business technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Track record managing complex sales cycles and negotiations
- Strong presentation skills (phone, video, and in-person)
