LTS is seeking a Functional Analyst who will be responsible for providing project coordination and administration for VistA releases in one sub-product line for the VHA Finance product line. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and experience with project management tools. VA experience and VistA process knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all product meetings to support as directed by clients and project managers.
- Track release schedules, recommending to project managers means of addressing impediments.
- Prepare, manage, and obtain final approvals of required documentation, including meeting. minutes, across the software development lifecycle.
- Coordinate and track activities according to release readiness checklist.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders, including government decision-makers, application coordinators, testers, and development teams to meet government objectives.
- Facilitate memorandums of understanding, including on-time preparation, routing, tracking, and stakeholder notification of completion.
- Serve as a key liaison for software testers prior to and during testing cycles, including obtaining access, resolving access issues, and other troubleshooting as needed.
- Support risk management activities.
- Update project management tools, including Jira, GitHub, and SharePoint.
- Support product increment planning, including preparing for events and managing documentation of attendance and event proceedings.
- Identify, document, and recommend opportunities for process improvements to streamline operational processes.
- Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement in Agile Lifecycle. Management, including leading and assisting with quarterly reviews of content related to risk management, ceremonies management, and other modules as assigned to ensure continual alignment with customer needs.
- Track product authority to operate (ATO) status and update in project management tools.
- Provide quality assurance peer reviews on documents as requested by project managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience (5 to 7 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- Previous experience in scrum master, junior project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as SharePoint, GitHub, Jira, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Veterans Affairs and VistA experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Public Trust
