What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. AI QA Engineer position at LTM?
Required Skills:
- 7 years of Python experience.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful API development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code reviews).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Vault, secret management, and secure application development.
- Prior experience in financial services, risk management, or regulated industries.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
