Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Solution Architect with 13-15 years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Reactjs and Nodejs to lead enterprisescale digital transformation initiatives This is a client facing onsite role requiring a blend of technical leadership solution architecture stakeholder management and delivery governance

The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging directly with business and IT stakeholders driving architecture decisions leading distributed development teams and ensuring successful delivery of scalable secure and high performing applications

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Design

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise web applications
• Design scalable secure and resilient systems using modern Full Stack technologies
• Establish architecture standards development guidelines and best practices
• Drive technical design reviews and architecture governance
• Evaluate and recommend technology choices frameworks and integration approaches
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Lead Full Stack development teams across onsite and offshore locations
• Provide technical direction for React and Nodejs application development
• Guide teams on coding standards performance optimization security and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and mentor senior and junior engineers
• Resolve complex technical challenges and production issues
  
  

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Present architecture solutions estimates roadmaps and technical strategies to client leadership
• Facilitate workshops solution discussions design reviews and technical governance meetings
• Build trusted relationships with client business and technology teams
  
  

Delivery Program Support

• Support project planning estimation roadmap creation and risk management
• Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts QA DevOps and Infrastructure teams
• Ensure successful delivery across the entire SDLC
• Drive Agile best practices and participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and release management

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
