Role description
AEM Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain custom AEM components and templates
- Integrate AI models or services and content personalization metadata enrichment predictive content recommendations into AEM workflows
- Collaborate with UX designers backend developers and AIML teams to deliver seamless intelligent content solutions
- Develop scalable and reusable AEM components using HTL Sling Models and JCR
- Configure and manage AEM assets workflows and DAM integrations
- Optimize AEM performance including caching indexing and publishing
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure high quality deliverables
- Ensure compliance with secure coding practices accessibility and brand standards
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of handson experience with AEM 64 or later development
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites Assets Sling OSGi and Dispatcher
- Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments
- Proficiency in Java Lightly Sling Models OSGi JCR Maven Git
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Microsoft integrated environments Azure SharePoint Teams Graph API
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as Azure AI OpenAI or TensorFlow especially in content or marketing tech
- Exposure to DevOps CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments
- Knowledge of headless CMS and SPA frameworks is a plus
The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
