Job Title: Specialist - Business Analysis

 

Primary Skills (Must Have):

• Experienced Business Analyst with reinsurance domain expertise and strong requirements analysis documentation skills


• Proficient in user story creation acceptance criteria and gap impact analysis As Is To Be


• Skilled in process mapping and business workflow documentation


• Strong stakeholder management with hands-on experience in JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps


• Experience in UAT support defect triage and ensuring release readiness

 

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Agile methodologies


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for this onsite role


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

 

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional tracks


• Comfortable working in fast paced multistakeholder environments

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
