Job Title: Specialist - Business Analysis
Primary Skills (Must Have):
- Experienced Business Analyst with reinsurance domain expertise and strong requirements analysis documentation skills
- Proficient in user story creation acceptance criteria and gap impact analysis As Is To Be
- Skilled in process mapping and business workflow documentation
- Strong stakeholder management with hands-on experience in JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps
- Experience in UAT support defect triage and ensuring release readiness
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for this onsite role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional tracks
- Comfortable working in fast paced multistakeholder environments
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
